This week in Te Ngahere we have been learning about food webs I learnt A food web works for all types of animals. We have to write what is different about the food web I made and the teachers food web. My food web doesn’t have colored arrows, it also doesn't have 6 arrows pointing to the stoat, mine only has 9 arrows and the other food web has 23. The arrows point the way they do, so the red arrows show you what the kiwis energy transfers to the stoat, the blue arrows shows that the invertebrates energy transfers to the tui and the green arrows shows that the kerrerus energy transfers to the possum. Why they are different colors are so it is easier to see where they point like red arrows point to what the stoats eat. It was hard because you had to show where the arrows went.
